3.1 Astrological consultations via phone will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time and day. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be provided for missed appointments.

4.1 Once you have made the consultation fee payment, please send us the screenshot of the payment or inform us via email. Refunds will not be provided for failure to notify us of the payment.
