Ganesha Chaturthi is a very auspicious day in the Hindu calendar. He is one of the most loved Hindu deities. After all, He is Ganapati – the Lord of Knowledge, Vighnaharta – the remover of difficulties and Mangalmoorti – the epitome of all that is auspicious. No wonder, He is the first one to be worshipped and invoked in any and every Hindu Pooja and ceremony. Not only are the eleven days of Ganesh Chaturthi a very propitious period for worship, but one can also perform astrological remedies to propitiate the malefic effects of planets or to solve problems one faces in day-to-day existence. So, here are some of the suggestions and remedies which can be followed during the eleven days: UNSTABLE CAREER: If your career is unstable or you are facing problems at your workplace, consider using an energised Ashwagandha root or energise it yourself by reciting the Ganesha Sahastranaam. After energizing it, tie it in a grey-coloured thread and wear it around the neck. This can be done on Ganesh Chaturthi day.
